⟡ Commissions are for personal use only and clients are not allowed to profit in any way (unless requested and discussed with) ⟡⟡ All commissioned pieces are not allowed to be used for NFTs or fed into any form of AI programs. In such circumstances, you shall not use any draft of my sketch for any purposes. ⟡⟡ I can decline a commission without having to give any reasons, even if it surpasses both the Can & Can't columns. ⟡⟡ Time taken to finish will differ due to circumstances and/or complexity. The minimum time taken for me to finish one illustration would take about 2-3 weeks. ⟡⟡ Copyright of the drawing shall remain with me at all times, I can use the commission in any way I want including posting, portfolios, commission examples, etc. without stating your username in the description. ⟡⟡ Never claim my art as yours. You are granted the license of using my art for your personal use only (icons, headers, etc.). When sharing my work publicly, always credit me using my username (Miyozuu). ⟡

TERMS OF USAGE

⟡ PERSONAL USE ⟡⟡ Personal use refers to any non-commercial, non-profit application of the commissioned artwork. ⟡⟡ Clients may use the artwork for personal social media icons, profile pictures, headers, or banners. ⟡⟡ Clients may print the artwork for personal display or use it as a gift, provided there is no monetary gain involved. ⟡⟡ Use in non-monetized blogs or websites is permitted under personal use. ⟡⟡ Personal use does not incur any additional fees. ⟡─ ─ ⋆.˚✧ . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁. ✧˚.⋆ ─ ─⟡ COMMERCIAL USE ⟡⟡ Commercial use applies when the artwork is used in any for-profit context or in association with promotional or marketing material. ⟡⟡ This includes - but is not limited to - merchandise, published media, game assets, branding materials, and advertising. ⟡⟡ Commissiond artwork used for Patreon, Ko-fi, monetized Youtube channels, or any similar income-generating platform is considered commercial. ⟡⟡ Commercial use is subject to an additional fee starting +100% for the general commercial use, and 150% - 200% for branding-heavy use of the base commission price and may vary depending on the intended use. ⟡─ ─ ⋆.˚✧ . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁. ✧˚.⋆ ─ ─⟡ STREAMING USE ⟡⟡ Streaming use is assessed based on the scale and monetization of the client's platform. ⟡⟡ If the artwork is used by a non-monetized or hobbyist streamer (e.g., as a Twitch panel or casual PNG), it qualifies as personal use. ⟡⟡ If the artwork is tied to monetized or branded content - such as Vtuber models, overlays, emotes, or donation incentives - it is considered commercial use. ⟡⟡ Streamers who are affiliated, partnered, or sponsored are required to pay a commercial fee for artwork used in association with their branding. ⟡─ ─ ⋆.˚✧ . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁. ✧˚.⋆ ─ ─⟡ Please clarify your intended use before commissioning to ensure the correct licensing terms and fees are applied. ⟡

PAYMENT

⟡ All prices stated are in USD ⟡⟡ Payment will be done upfront using PayPal Invoice. Payment includes 5% conversion fee. I will only start the commission after receiving the full payment. ⟡⟡ No refunds are available after approval of the sketch. Full refund is available if sketch is not approved (after 3 revisions) or if I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances. ⟡⟡ For locals (Malaysian), I accept payment through local banking. All prices are matched 1:1 between MYR and USD for simplicity, regardless of current exchange rates. This fixed pricing is to ensure and maintain consistency value across the two currencies. ⟡

ORDERING PROCESS

⟡ Kindly start by filling in my commission form provided on my Carrd bio after confirming that my commissions are open (via commission status on my Carrd bio or an update post on any of my social medias) ⟡⟡ I will review your request and get back to you within 2-5 days via email. If you did not receive an email from me, there's a high possibility that you have been put into my Waiting List. I will eventually reach out to you. ⟡⟡ Provide me with a complete reference of your character's design, choice of commission type, poses, extra details that I should consider during the period of working on the commission, etc. ⟡⟡ In return, I will provide a rough sketch. You will be given 3 revision chances during the sketch and colouring phase (Free of Charge). Additional/Major revisions after will be subjected to extra fees. ⟡⟡ Final piece will be sent to you via Google Drive link. ⟡

REMINDER

⟡ I work at my own pace to produce and provide you with high quality artworks thus it will be most appreciated if you do not rush me. ⟡⟡ Please do not take my lighthearted talk as a reason to sidestep any boundaries or get something for free. ⟡⟡ When making requests and filling up my commission form, you have read the TOS thoroughly and agreed to the terms stated. ⟡
